WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE WORLD? (repost 5/09)

 

What is wrong with the world?

The world needs GOD! Nevertheless religious leaders today as in Jesus day have driven more away from God through their illogical doctrines and double-standards than they will ever know. People today, more than any other time in history are “thinking” people and they know that there is something wrong with what they are hearing behind most of the pulpits of America and the world. Something is not adding up and just doesn’t make sense.

The Counterfeit gospel that teaches that God Almighty and Jesus Christ will lose most of humanity to the shrewdness of Satan, culminating in eternal torment in the lake of fire is a lie. This deception teaches that the life, death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ The Son of God was less effective to save mankind - than the sin of Adam was to bring humanity under condemnation leading to hell. This would make Adam stronger than Jesus Christ! This is totally spurious and unsubstantiated in the original language of The Holy Scriptures. Translators of the most popular versions of the bible have not “translated” the original language but have “interpreted” the original language bent toward their theological preference. There are many scholarly translations of the bible that do not teach eternal torment at all; or hell anywhere in them. Did you know that the word “Hell” never came out of Jesus’ mouth?

Correct and unbiased simple translation of the original language of the scriptures teach us that God was never out of control of His creation or thwarted in His plan and purpose for mankind by anyone or anything. God has always been on His Throne and is bringing everything into conformity with his will and plan to perfect His creation through Christ “the savior of the world”, bringing ALL into the kingdom of God in the ages to come.

Isa 45:22 NIV “Turn to me and be saved, all you ends of the earth; for I am God, and there is no other.

Joh 3:17 NIV For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

Joh 1:29 NIV The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, “Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!

Mat 18:11 KJV & Luke 19:10 NIV For the Son of Man has come to save that which was lost.

1Jn 2:2 NIV He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.

1Jn 4:14 NIV And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world.

Ask yourself; do you really believe in Jesus Christ? What He came to do and who He was? Do you believe what the bible says Jesus Christ was and did? Or have you believed “another gospel” which is not a gospel (good news) at all but horrible news to most of the world considering what the hundreds of disagreeing versions of traditional Christianity teach that one must do to be saved. Most of humanity has lived and died without ever hearing the name of Jesus Christ or seeing a bible…..has God failed them?

Some things to consider:

1. If the punishment for sin is eternal torment in hell and Jesus Christ took our punishment for us; why is he not still being tormented in hell?

2. How could an “Almighty” being lose anything?

3. If most of creation will be destroyed and most of humanity cast into a lake of fire to be tortured forever; would that not make this world and all the people the biggest mistake and failure the cosmos has ever experienced?

4. If God is All-knowing then He knew most of mankind would end up in eternal torment before He ever created the earth. And God is Love and loves all with a fathers love. Why would he go ahead and bring them into existence just to send them into eternal suffering?

5. Why would God continue to give someone life so that they could not die but continue to suffer in the flames of hell? God would have to do this because He is the source of all life, apart from him there is no life. We do not have life inherent within ourselves; it is the gift of God. 6. If Jesus Christ did not save the world; could he be the savior of the world?

7. If Jesus Christ took away the sin of the world; whose sin was not included in that?

8. If God is really sovereign; who can resist His will? Is it His will to save the world through Jesus Christ?

9. Can God finish what He started? Or has He just become frustrated and scrapped the whole project?

I could go on, but that should be sufficient to make one want to stop and think about what we have been taught about God and the teachings of the bible.

The most damnable doctrine and horrific heresy that has ever been taught is the teaching that most of humanity will go to an eternal hell.

The doctrine of eternal torment has done more damage to the mindset of society than any other single factor in history.

The teaching that The God of Grace Burns people forever in a fiery pit while loving us all has created more atheist than any other sin.

Teaching everlasting punishment in hell has maligned the name & character of our Omnipotent Omniscient Omnipresent All-Loving God immeasurably

Whether we realize it or not we become what we believe. So if we think God is such a one as to set up a system to torture people in flames and unimaginable pain and suffering – forever. What kind of mindset does that create in our reasoning? If God would do that then I guess it is alright is it not? If God punishes His enemies with indescribable pain and suffering; I guess it is OK to treat my enemies the same way. Do you see where this line of thinking leads? This sort of mindset is being molded into our reasoning right from the most trusted figures in the world – our religious leaders! Look back at Queen Mary 1 of England in 1553 known as “bloody Mary” she had almost 300 religious dissenters burned at the stake in the Marian Persecutions in an effort to re-establishment of Roman Catholicism. She was quoted as saying “if God will burn them in flames forever; what is it that I would burn them for a short time here”. This sort of doctrine is what is warping the minds of society and influencing much decision making, shaping the character of our youth as they sit under this sort of teaching from their religious leaders. I beg any religious leader who may be reading this, please get your Greek and Hebrew dictionaries out, open your computer bible study tools, search these things out. Put away your religious preconceived ideas about the bible and God. Think about what you are saying. Listen to the Word, Listen to the Spirit, Listen to your own heart and not your theological text books. Truly stop and THINK FOR YOURSELF FOR ONCE.

What the world needs is to know THE TRUE GOD in Christ. This is what will change hearts and minds and eventually the entire world. When they hear the truth they will come; and when they come they will change, and God’s Kingdom will come and God’s will will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

John 12:32 And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw (“drag,” literally) all people to myself.”

The Real Good News behind the Christmas Story

Psa 147:5 AMP Great is our Lord and of great power; His understanding is inexhaustible and boundless.

Whether you celebrate Christmas or not; the Christmas Story as is traditionally read in the scriptures has some VERY GOOD NEWS for YOU and for EVERYONE IN ALL THE WORLD! It is mostly agreed that Jesus wasn’t born on December 25th and Santa Claus isn’t real (although history tells us that many years ago there was a quite benevolent saint with a heart for children by a name similar to that). I personally with a few others more scholarly than myself do believe that Jesus was conceived on Dec. 25th or in other words that was the night that the angel came to Mary and she was impregnated by the Holy Ghost. But that is another story for another time. The VERY GOOD NEWS to EVERYONE IN ALL THE WORLD in this biblical story is that A SAVIOR was born to US ALL! And Oh what a savior he is! Most likely more than most have ever imagined in their wildest dreams! No matter what your religious beliefs or the lack thereof, or who you are or what you might believe about this; by the Sovereignty and will of the Almighty God and Loving Father of All Mankind it includes YOU! As Ripley says Believe it or Not! THIS IS THE TRUTH and the GOSPEL - THE GOOD NEWS OUR FATHER SENT TO US ALL. HALLELUJAH! PRAISE THE LORD!

Luk 1:37-38 AMP

For with God nothing is ever impossible and no word from God shall be without power or impossible of fulfillment. -

Then Mary said, Behold, I am the handmaiden of the Lord; let it be done to me according to what you have said. And the angel left her.

Then at the completion of the pregnancy came The birth of Jesus The Christ Who would fulfill and reveal all that God Almighty had Planned and Promised from the beginning of time. Even the seemingly unimaginable impossible things that are to reveal the true nature, power, providence, and purpose of God in the plan of the ages of this earth and mankind on it. GOD's Unfathomable, Infinite, Goodness and Grace in Love to all humanity through Christ Jesus our Lord and King of the Kingdom that is ruling from the Heavenly Realm.

Luke 2:1–14 (NCV)

The Birth of Jesus

2 At that time, Augustus Caesar sent an order that all people in the countries under Roman rule must list their names in a register.² This was the first registration; it was taken while Quirinius was governor of Syria. ³ And all went to their own towns to be registered.

⁴ So Joseph left Nazareth, a town in Galilee, and went to the town of Bethlehem in Judea, known as the town of David. Joseph went there because he was from the family of David. ⁵ Joseph registered with Mary, to whom he was engaged and who was now pregnant. ⁶ While they were in Bethlehem, the time came for Mary to have the baby, ⁷ and she gave birth to her first son. Because there were no rooms left in the inn, she wrapped the baby with pieces of cloth and laid him in a feeding trough.

Shepherds Hear About Jesus

⁸ That night, some shepherds were in the fields nearby watching their sheep. ⁹ Then an angel of the Lord stood before them. The glory of the Lord was shining around them, and they became very frightened. ¹⁰ The angel said to them, DO NOT BE AFRAID. I am bringing you GOOD NEWS that will be a GREAT JOY to ALL THE PEOPLE. ¹¹ Today YOUR SAVIOR was born in the town of David. He is Christ, the Lord. ¹² This is how you will know him: You will find a baby wrapped in pieces of cloth and lying in a feeding box.

¹³ Then a very large group of angels from heaven joined the first angel, praising God and saying:

¹⁴ Give glory to God in heaven,

and on earth let there be peace and goodwill among people.

Most translations read "a Savior" but what kind of savior? Who would he save and from what? To the Jews of that day He would have been the Messiah the coming anoited one (Christ) of God or Jehovah, the "savior of thier nation and the Jewish people" of that day . Even His name would signify this; the name Jesus is a compound name meaning "Jehovah saves."

To the traditional Christians of today He would be the Savior of those that believe in and accept Him as their personal Saviorby professing, prayer, scriptural confession, repentance and baptism in the order and program of their particular denominational tradition.

But Oh my friends, this is not the kind of savior the One Jesus called God The Father and our Father would say He is....

John the Baptist sent by God speaking through the Holy Spirit proclaimed at the beginning of Jesus' ministry:

John 1:29 NIrV

The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him. John said, "Look! The Lamb of God! HE TAKES AWAY THE SIN OF THE WORLD!

Now listen to Jesus own words clearly explaining the purpose for which The Father sent Him:

John 3:17 NIrV

God did not send his Son into the world to judge the world. He sent his Son to save the world through him.

John 12:47 NASB

If anyone hears My sayings and does not keep them, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world, but to save the world.

The Apostle John would also write in one of his letters to the church:

1John 4:14 NASB

We have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son to be the Savior of the world.

Clearly, the GOOD NEWS to EVERYONE IN ALL THE WORLD proclaimed on that glorious night is THE SAVIOR that was born that night was sent by FATHER GOD to SAVE THE WORLD! This is astonishing and boggles our natural mind; but we are not speaking of the natural but the SUPERNATURAL! Now the God of All Power and Authority, All-Knowing and All-Sovereign does not fail in anything He begins to do; but works all things according to his purpose and plan. Has sent Jesus Christ to be the SAVIOR OF THE WORLD and bring all things under His Authority and Rule as He Subdues All into His Kingdom of Light and Peace and Love by His Grace in Christ through the Completed VICTORY in the Cross, Death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Eph 1:9-12 GNB

(9) God did what he had purposed, and made known to us the secret plan he had already decided to complete by means of Christ. (10) This plan, which God will complete when the time is right, is to bring all creation together, everything in heaven and on earth, with Christ as head. (11) All things are done according to God's plan and decision; and God chose us to be his own people in union with Christ because of his own purpose, based on what he had decided from the very beginning. (12) Let us, then, who were the first to hope in Christ, praise God's glory!

For Jesus forgave All Humanity in His dying breaths said FATHER FORGIVE THEM FOR THEY KNOW NOT WHAT THEY DO... It was for you and me and the entire world that He said this; because it was for our sin that he was being crucified. Then He uttered that most victorious statement - IT IS FINISHED! As he took the place of All Humanity in our sinful condition taking upon Himself our penalty and sentence in Death; so also, three days later He was Raised to Life in the place of All Humanity including us All in His Resurrected Life!

1Co 15:22 GNB

(22) For just as all people die because of their union with Adam, in the same way all will be raised to life because of their union with Christ.

Rom 5:18-19 GNB

(18) So then, as the one sin condemned all people, in the same way the one righteous act sets all people free and gives them life.

(19) And just as all people were made sinners as the result of the disobedience of one man, in the same way they will all be put right with God as the result of the obedience of the one man.

This my friends is the GOOD NEWS that is to ALL PEOPLE that the angels proclaimed in Exuberant praise in that magnificent heavenly display on the night of our savior’s nativity!

HELL - VICTORIOUS DEVIL ?

Rev 21:8 KJV But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

Ever AFRAID? OFF TO HELL!
Ever UNBELIEVING? WORRY? (doesn't say what) OFF TO HELL YOU GO!
Ever HAVE BODY ODOR? (Look up Greek def. of abominable) OFF TO HELL YOU STINKER!
Ever WAS ANGRY AT SOMEONE? Jesus said it's the same as murder. OFF TO HELL FOR YOU TOO!
Ever LUSTED? Looking is the same as adultery according to Jesus...
Ever TAKE MEDICINE? (look up sorcerers) OFF TO HELL YOU DOPE TAKING WITCH!
Ever TOLD A LIE? "ALL" LIARS ARE GOING TO HELL! (doesn't exclude any kind)

Well, according to the "literal" sense of these words and traditional teaching of this verse; looks like hell's gonna be pretty full. All are going except those that live most of their lives on their knees in constant Prayer for forgiveness.... That is unless you believe that Jesus the Christ Cross, Death and resurrection canceled "ALL OF EVERYONES" past present and future sins. All of us living today and for the past 2000 years had not committed a sin as yet; so it must have included "future" sins ALREADY FORGIVEN "BEFORE" WE COMMITTED THEM! So what about all these folks being thrown into this lake? This has nothing to do with who's forgiven or not, or saved or not, THAT'S A DONE DEAL... JESUS SAID "IT IS FINISHED!" That was the first phase or step in the plan of God from the foundation of the world or this age in Reconciling All things back to Himself (Eph 1:10). This SYMBOLIC LAKE is about a purification process that God the purifier and perfecter of ALL things working out his process of purification in preparation for eternity of ALL THINGS. It is just given here in SYMBOLIC LANGUAGE.... as the book stated at the very first. Your just seeing a picture of the final phase of God's plan and purpose of the earth, the Savior, The Spirit and the Church and Bride of Christ calling all the rest home "and the Spirit and the Bride say Come!" Rev 22:17 Who are they speaking to if not these in the earlier chapter who are going through the fire (pur & Theion) the process of purification. WHEN ALL OF CREATION WILL SING TOGETHER OF THE WONDERFUL WORKS OF OUR GOD IN CHRIST JESUS AS EVERY KNEE BOWS AND EVERY TONGUE GIVES PRAISE!!! HALLELUJAH!!! (Isa 45:22-25)(Rom 14:11)(Phil 2:10-11)(Rev 5:13) I believe this is an ongoing process that began a long time ago and no one knows when it will end. Here is one of those gray areas in my thinking of the plan of God - I simply do not know about the times or seasons God has chosen to accomplish, work out and do these things. If you believe differently that is fine with me; we will come together at some point in the process.

Actually the word for "fire" here is from a Greek word "pur" 4442 which means to "purify" and what they have for the word "eternal" or "forever" or "for ever" (there is a difference) used nearly 100% of the time in the NT is from a Greek word "aionious" 166 from 165 "aion" an adjective from the noun "aion" meaning "AN AGE, or period of time with a beginning and ending" - NOT ETERNAL! The word translated brimstone or sulfur - a terrible ridiculous translation - is Theion 2303 from 2304 Theios and means "a Godly or Divine Flashing" the word was used in ancient language as a word for healing.....

Earlier today I posted "I feel like crap today" what do you think I meant?
Someone might say "Dennis was racing his car yesterday and blew them all away!" well anyone today who knows me... or the usual use of this "idiom" would never take that literally and think I obliterated them all somehow. It's the same here with these verses. Many people who read these either do not understand the idioms of the bible days writers or simply DO NOT KNOW GOD. If they really knew God in Christ they would never have taken it literally in the first place; but would have automatically started thinking of an idiomatic or symbolic meaning which which would fit their knowledge of Who and How God is - His Character; pictured perfectly in Christ Jesus. The first few verses of Revelation make this clear about the book - It is a book of SIGNS; if you see a sign about something you do not think it is the actual thing it is signifying, you know it is pointing to, or giving an illustration or information about something else....

Rev. 1:1 KJV The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John:

"Shortly come to pass" or "Quickly" not over 2000 years later....

"Sign-i-fied" = by SIGNS; the signs are not the actual things but pointing to, informing of or figuritive of the REAL things....

Rev 1:1 (Emphasized Bible) The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave to him, to point out unto his servants the things which must needs come to pass with speed, - and he shewed them by signs, sending through his messenger, unto his servant John;

Rev 1:1 JMNT An unveiling of Jesus Christ which God gave by Him (in Him; for Him; to Him) to point out to His bond-servants (love-slaves) that which is necessary to come to be (to be birthed) in swiftness. And sending as an apostle, through means of the agent (messenger), He indicated by signs (symbols) to (in; for) His bond-servant John,

The GOD that Jesus the CHRIST portrayed that "I know" would NEVER do such horrendous things as are taught by many teachers using this book of Revelation

Read the FIRST VERSE again...; It is the Revelation of JESUS the CHRIST not a revelation of some horrible end of the world and defeat of the plan of GOD for humanity as most end up in an eternal inferno torture pit with NO HOPE of getting out of this hellhole or relief of any kind, and all this is for no purpose it accomplishes nothing (nothing good as is the nature of all things from the hand of our loving Father God)... just endless suffering in indescribable physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual PAIN FOREVER!......

Think about this folks, WOULD THE GOD YOU KNOW DO OR CREATE SUCH A FAILURE.??? Knowing full well the fate of billions of His children before creating a one of them? But going ahead and setting in motion the system (Greek = kosmos) that would eventually be their doom? Then saying He Loves them all......?

I can prove these things from scripture; but I most assuredly know them without paper and ink, leather and glue; I KNOW THE TRUE GOD and will have nothing to do with EVIL IDOLS as Moloch and Baal created in the minds of men.
Act 7:43 Yea, you took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your god Remphan, images which you made in order to worship them
Jer 19:5 NIV They have built the high places of Baal to burn their sons in the fire as offerings to Baal--something I did not command or mention, nor did it enter my mind.

1Jn 5:21 NIV Dear children, keep yourselves from idols.
